• Shipment below USD 10,000 will attract shipping charges USD 200 & above all is free.
• We suggest you to consult your local tax authorities to understand, if you become liable to pay any tax, Vat or duties for importing diamonds in your country and if there is any than the customer is responsible to pay all the charges.
• Shipment will be released within 3 Business days after we receive the full payment.
• We will ship the goods only after you check & confirm the Invoice.
• We hardly can control or take responsibility of the delay in shipping process.
• For customized order it may take as long as 15 working days.
• All the goods will be fully insured by S.P.Gems. Pvt. Ltd.
• Shipment cannot be made to P. O. Boxes.
