Return Policy

• Return policy is applicable only for the following diamonds sizes -pointers parcel 0.15-0.99 cts & solitaires 1.00 cts up & layouts.
• We should be informed within 7 days of receipt of goods, on or after 8th day goods will be considered sold.
• After returning merchandise please notify us the shipping details of the return shipment.
• Return goods will be checked by our in-house grading department, if there is any damage, modification or intervention of any kind, the merchandise will not be accepted & reimbursed.
• In sizes below 0.13 ct., the merchandise will not be returnable, as it’s very difficult to verify such goods.
• In case of return, 2% duty + other taxes, which comes to 3% of the value of the goods return will be borne by customer.
• Incase of reimbursement, the Funds will be refunded within 7 days after receiving the goods.
• Refund will be in USD only & any currency rate fluctuation to US dollar will not be considered.
• In the event that a customer returns the product, all associated costs including return shipping, insurance, bank charges and any other cost will be borne by the Customer.
• Please insure the merchandise against loss in transit and prepay freight and handling charges.
• S. P. Gems Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any diamond that it does not actually received, or that is not returned in accordance with the above terms.
